Insurance

We accept reimbursement from several national and regional health insurances companies. Clearwater is currently an in-network preferred provider with those companies listed below. If your network is not listed, I encourage you to call and ask your insurance company about “out of network benefits” for Outpatient Behavioral Health. Although we may be out of network, services might be partially covered, but have a higher deductible. All plans are different depending on your employer’s contract with that company and may vary from year to year. It is also a good idea to ask about copays and deductibles as these are the patient’s responsibility. We will be happy to submit your charges to your insurance company for you.
